Booking and Payment

Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice.

If you are unable to attend, your session may be transferred to another person.

Late cancellations or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of payment.

Your session includes

A styled mini session

Professional editing of selected images

10 high-resolution digital images

Additional images may be available for purchase.

Image Delivery

A proof gallery will be delivered within 7 days.

Final images will be delivered once payment is confirmed. (If you are not buying additional pictures, it will be instant.

Images are delivered via an online gallery.

Creative Style

By booking, you agree to the creative style of The Mellor Perspective.

Images are edited in a soft and timeless style.

Unedited RAW images are not provided.

Children and Participation

Sessions are relaxed and child-led.

Cooperation from children cannot be guaranteed.

Natural moments are prioritised over posed perfection.

Copyright and Usage

The photographer retains copyright of all images.

Clients receive a personal-use license only.

Images must not be edited, altered, or filtered.

Images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media marketing.

If you prefer your images remain private, a written notice must be provided before your session.

Studio Conditions

Children must be supervised at all times.

The studio contains delicate equipment and props.

Damage caused by negligence will incur a fee.
